Accessing Your Utilization Plan as a Vendor

Overview

This article explains how vendors can access utilization plans assigned to them or previously submitted through the system. You can access utilization plans from the dashboard or from the left navigation menu.

Steps

Access Utilization Plans from the Dashboard

Assigned utilization plans are displayed on the dashboard in the Utilization Plans section. All current and previous plans will be listed along with their corresponding status. Plans requiring action are in red.

  1. To access a list of plans that correspond to a status, select the status description or the number to the right of status. 

Access Utilization Plans from the Navigation Menu

You can also access your utilization plans from the left navigation menu.

  1. From the left navigation menu, select View.
  2. Select My Utilization Plans.
  3. Review the list of utilization plans available to you.

Viewing Your Utilization Plans

On the My Utilization Plans page, review the table headers to filter or sort the list and quickly identify the plan you want to open.

Description

Status Shows the current status of the utilization plan.
Status Date Shows the date the plan entered its current status.
Organization Shows the organization associated with the plan.
Reference Shows the reference information for the plan.
Due Date Shows when action is required, if applicable.

Open or Update a Plan

To fill in or update a utilization plan, click Submit.

For returned or conditionally approved plans, click Resubmit.

Plans with statuses that do not allow editing will display the option to View the plan instead.

Summary

Vendors can access assigned utilization plans from the dashboard, where plans are listed by status. Plans that require action are highlighted, making it easier to identify which plans need to be submitted or resubmitted. Vendors can also use the plan list to open utilization plans and review plan details.
