Completing On the Job Training Goals

Overview

Once all requirements for the goal assignments have been fulfilled—such as submitting the training plan, enrolling the required number of trainees, and completing necessary documentation—you can mark the OJT goal as complete to indicate that your responsibilities for that assignment have been met.

Steps

When the goal assignments have been met, you can mark the goal as complete.

To complete a goal

1. From the View menu, click My OJT.

2. Click the View link for the goal you want to mark as complete.

3. Click the Mark Goal Complete button.

The status for the goal assignment record is marked as complete. If the status changes, you can reverse the action and make the goal active again.

To make a completed goal active

1. From the View menu, click My OJT.

2. Click the View link for the goal you want to mark as active.

3. Click Mark Goal Active.
