Understand how to view, filter, and manage OJT Goal Assignments, including submitting training plans, enrolling trainees, and assigning contact persons to ensure proper notification delivery.
Process
Accessing OJT Goal Assignments
You view a list of your OJT Goal Assignments on the Transactions: On the Job Training Goal Assignments page. You can use the drop-down menus to filter the list, and you can quickly assess each assignment’s status, as well as the number of trainees required for the assignment and the number that have been assigned.
To access an OJT Goal Assignment
1. From the View menu, click My OJT.
2. To filter the list by Goal Type, Goal Year, or Status, select the option from the list.
3. To view information for a specific assignment, click View for that assignment.
Submitting Training Plans
Once an OJT goal record has been assigned to your vendor profile, you must submit a training plan and enroll trainees to meet the goals as set forth by the program. When you assign the contact person for the goal assignment, the contact will receive all email notifications regarding the goal assignment. If a contact person is not assigned to the goal assignment, notifications will go to the organization’s main contact.
To submit a training plan
1. From the View menu, click My OJT.
2. Click the View link for the goal assignment for which you want to submit a training plan.
3. Click Submit Training Plan.
4. On the Create Contractor Training Plan page, use the Craft/Classification list to select the goal you want to update.
5. In the Trainee Commitment field, specify the number of trainees you want to add to this goal.
6. In the Approximate Start Date and Approximate End Date fields, enter the start and end dates you want to set for this goal.
7. To add a line item to the training information, click Add Line Item.
8. To delete a line item from the training information, click the Delete hyperlink for the line item.
9. To add supporting documents, click the Choose Files button and follow the directions for uploading a file.
10. Continue specifying information, as needed, and when finished, review the Acknowledgement Statement box, and if you agree, select By checking this box….
11. Click Submit.
This action requires approval from staff at the organization.
System Notifications
The system will send notifications to the assigned contact person for the Goal Assignment when the system requires an action to be taken. Use the links in these notifications to log in and access the record directly.
Security
The reporting system is secure. All communications between you and the system are encrypted. Your company information is stored on computer servers in a secure facility, and confidential data is always encrypted. Access to your submission is strictly limited to authorized staff users.

1. Click the Customer Support link. The link displays at the bottom of any page.
