Enrolling On the Job Training Trainees

Objective

After your training plan is approved, you can begin enrolling trainees to fulfill the requirements of your assigned OJT goals. This includes selecting appropriate participants and ensuring their enrollment aligns with the approved plan and program expectations.

Process

1. From the View menu, click My OJT.

2. Click the View link for the goal assignment for which you want to enroll a trainee.

3. Click the Enroll a Trainee button.

4. In the Trainee Information box, enter necessary information about the trainee.

5. To add Trainee Documents, click Choose Files and follow the directions for uploading a file.

6. Continue specifying information, as needed, and when finished, review the Acknowledgement
Statement box, and if you agree, select By checking this box….

7. Click Submit.

Repeat the above steps as many times as necessary to enroll all trainees for the goal. This action requires approval from staff at the organization.
