Accessing Your Sales Contract

Objective

This article is intended to help users navigate and access sales contracts and reporting assignments within the Sales Reporting System. Upon logging in, users will learn how to view their assigned contracts and reports directly from the system dashboard, access the full list of their organization’s sales contracts, and perform targeted searches using available filters. The goal is to ensure users can efficiently locate, open, and manage contract-related records needed for compliance and reporting.

Process

Upon logging in you will see any assignments to sales contracts and reports to your company on the system dashboard. These links can be used to navigate directly into a sales contract or sales report.

You can also use the list view to see your sales contracts. From the left menu, click View, My Sales Contracts.

Lastly, if you prefer searching you can also search a sales contract as well. From the left menu, click Search, then click Sales Contracts. On the search page, input search criteria and click the Search First 20 Matches or Search All Matches button. On the results page, in the actions column, you can select which contract you’d like to view.
