Viewing and Understanding Your Sales Report

Objective

The objective of this article is to guide users through the process of accessing and reviewing a sales report within the Sales Reporting System. Users will learn how to open a reporting period tied to a sales contract, understand the key components of the report interface, and take appropriate actions—such as submitting data or requesting an extension—based on the report’s status.

Process

Viewing a Sales Report

Once you have located the sales contract you wish to work on, you will be directed to your list of sales reporting periods you need to report on. To get into a specific sales reporting period, in the left actions column, simply click Submit.

If your report is locked upon accessing it, simply click the Request Extension button and sent an extension request message to the assigned staff.

Understanding Your Sales Report

Once you have located the reporting period, you will be brought to This Sales Report tab. Here you can see the status, high level reported information in the header, and what data template you’re meant to be using to report your data.

NOTE:Please submit your sales report by the due date listed for your reporting period. If too much time passes after the due date, your report may become locked. In which case, you will need to request an extension from the organization, before you’re able to gain reporting access to your sales report.
NOTE:To message the assigned staff, simply click the blue link on their name. It will initiate a pop-up window where you can send them a quick message.
