Objective
To establish secure and authorized access to the Labor Compliance system by creating an account through the eComply Solutions Portal. Account creation is the first step in enabling users to engage with compliance tools, submit documentation, and fulfill regulatory and organizational requirements. By completing this process accurately, users ensure proper identity verification, data protection, and readiness to manage labor compliance responsibilities.
Process
Create an Account for New Users
The agency you are working with will provide you with a specific agency code. Make sure to provide you full name, address, title, and phone number. This code is required to register your account, so be sure to keep it handy.
Once you submit your registration, you’ll receive a verification email at the email address you provided. Be sure to click the link in that email to complete the registration process.
Head over to the eComply website provided by your agency.
Click the Create One link next to Don't have an account?
After linking your account, enter the agency code you received in your invitation. If you didn’t get a code or have trouble verifying it, reach out to support@ecomplysolutions.com for help.
You’ll be directed to update your organization’s profile. Keeping your profile up to date ensures that your organization’s information is accurate and that you have full access to all system features.
Enter your Organization Name, Taxpayer ID, and your Name, then confirm your Username.
Check the box under Acknowledgement Agreement to confirm that the information provided is true and correct, and that you are legally authorized to register the business.
Finally, click Submit to complete the process.
Existing Users Linked to Other Agencies
If you currently report and monitor your Labor Compliance through prod.ecomply.us, please contact your agency to request their Agency Code.
Log in to eComply using your existing link.
Navigate to Setup.
Under Certified Reports, select My Organization.
Click the Agencies tab.
Enter the provided Agency Code in the Agency Code field, then click Add Agency Code.
The code will appear under the Agency Code section.
Click Save Changes to complete the process.
Switching Between Accounts
You can toggle between agencies at any time without logging out.
In the top right corner of the screen, click your username.
From the dropdown menu, select Default Agency.
Choose the agency you are currently working with.
Resetting your username and password
Your Username is the email address you used when registering with the agency. If you forget your username, please contact the agency for assistance.
If you forget your Password, click Forgot Password? to reset it.
- Enter the email address into the Email Account field, then click Submit.
- Answer your Security question, click Reset.
- If your answer is correct, you'll receive a notice that an email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password.

If the agency code is missing or there are issues with verification, assistance is available through eComply support.
