Understanding the eComply Dashboard for Contractors

Objective

This article will guide you on how to use the Dashboard to stay organized and on top of project activities. You will learn how to navigate the Dashboard, review announcements, and track action items. By the end, you will be able to stay informed, respond promptly to updates, and take the necessary steps to ensure your projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

Process

Once you log into the system, you’ll arrive at the Dashboard, where you can view the following sections:

Getting Started

Here you see a checklist of actions to complete your set up along with your progress.

  • Steps – The sequence or number of steps to complete. Note it is best practice to complete these in order. 

  • Status – Indicates whether each step is complete. A green dot = yes. A red dot = no.

  • Description – Details the steps to take (e.g., organization profile created, user profile created, signature added, fringe benefit plans added, fringe benefits package added, fringe benefits statement submitted, employees added, CPRs submitted).

  • Last Action – Shows the most recent action taken, the completion date, and any items still pending.

Announcement Board

  • Find the announcement list to see all current, active messages.

  • This section keeps you informed about important updates, deadlines, and system notices.

Action Items

  • Check this section to see CPRs that you need to submit or require your review and action.

  • Items displayed here are time-sensitive and need to be completed before moving forward.
