Navigating the Help Center

Objective

The Help Center is your go-to resource for support articles, user guides, FAQs, and system updates related to B2Gnow products and services. It’s designed to help both Customers, Vendors and Contractors troubleshoot issues, learn key features, and stay updated—all through self-service tools that support your daily workflow and improve productivity.

Note: If you are a Customer, you must log into the B2Gnow platform to access the Help Center.  If you are a Vendor/Contractor can access the Help Center with or without logging into the B2Gnow platform.

Process

There are two ways to access the Help Center, depending on your user role and current needs:

  • Option 1: Access via the B2Gnow Platform (Recommended for Customers and logged-in Vendors/Contractors)

  • Option 2: Use the public support site (For Vendors/Contractors not logged-in)

Access via the B2Gnow Platform

Recommended if you're already logged into your organization's portal or need access to content specific to your role.

Log into Your B2Gnow Portal

  1. 1. Go to your organization’s portal page. (If you’re not sure where to find it, reach out to your organizations administrator.) Click Log In.

  1. Enter your Username and Password, then click Login. Your username is the email address you used to register. Please use your company email address.

Log in using username and password, with options to recover credentials, remember username, and submit using the Login button.
  1. If prompted, complete the two-factor authentication.

Ways to Access the Help Center

After logging in, you can access the Help Center 

1. From the Left Navigation Menu

  • In the left navigation pane, scroll down and click Resource Center.

2. From the Top-Right Corner of Any Page

  • On the Dashboard, click Help Center in the top-right corner.

 3. From the Page Footer

  • At the bottom of any screen, click Help Center in the footer.

Articles in the Help Center are organized into two categories: Vendors/Contractors and Customers. The content you see is determined by your user role, and you will only have access to articles that apply to you. (See Search for Articles)

If you believe you should have access to additional content, please contact your system administrator to verify your user role and permissions.

Access from the Public Support Website

Ideal for vendors or contractors who are not logged in but want to quickly browse general support content.

Open your browser and navigate to the B2Gnow Support website: https://help.B2Gnowsupport.com/hc/en-us. 

Tip: Bookmark this page in your browser for easy future access. 

TipEven if you're not logged in, many helpful resources are still available on the public site. Logging in just gives you access to any personalized content if your role allows it.

Search for Articles

You can find content in two ways:

  1. Use the Search Bar by entering a keywords, topic, or question (e.g., “upload trainee hours") into the How can we help you? field

  2. Browse by User Role by clicking the Vendors/Contractors button. If you are a customer, you will need to log into the system to view articles (See Access via B2Gnow Platform).

View and Use Articles

  1. Use the left navigation to browse by module/Topic, such as: (Certification Management, Contract Compliance, Online Application, etc.).
  2. Once you choose the topic, click the article that best matches your question.

  1. Read through the content or jump to a section using the Table of Contents on the side (“In this article”).

  2. You can also click Follow (under the article title) to receive updates or easily revisit the article.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the article to:
  • Click Next article to continue learning.
  • Rate the article with Yes or No under “Was this article helpful?”
  • Explore Related articles for additional support.

Summary

You can access Help Center Articles either through the Vendor Management portal. Once inside the Help Center, use search tools or browse by module to find guides, FAQs, and other support content.

Tips for Success:

  • Login Troubles? Double-check your username/password and complete two-factor authentication if required.
  • Page not loading? Try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.
  • Bookmark helpful articles for quick reference—especially those you use frequently.
  • Need more help? Contact your system administrator or click here to submit a request to Customer Support.
