Adding Crafts and Classifications

Overview

This article helps you add and manage crafts and classifications in your profile. Assigning the correct crafts ensures your work is properly tracked for projects, reporting, and agency requirements.

Steps

  1. From the Getting Started section of the dashboard, click Click Here next to Step 4 Crafts and Classifications Added or from the Setup tab, select Craft and Classification under Certified Reports.

Select Setup, then choose Craft and Classification to manage craft classes and classifications.
  1. Click Add Craft.

  1. In the Craft Classes popup, select the relevant project.

    • Note: Classifications can vary by project. The dropdown only displays projects assigned to your agency. If your project is not listed:

      • Navigate to the organization’s system to view available projects.

      • If you are not yet assigned to a project, contact the agency managing your contract to request assignment.

Select a project from the dropdown to view available craft and classification records.
  1. Type a craft or classification into the box next to Craft or Classification Search. If the craft you need does not appear, click the Click Here link for assistance.

Search craft and classification records for the selected project and save updates using Save Changes.
  1. Once all crafts for your project are assigned, click Save Changes to update your profile.
