Top Reports in eComply
There are two reports that are especially useful for tracking compliance, managing submissions, and sharing insights with stakeholders. Below is an overview of each report and how it can be used.
1. Hourly Tracking Report
The Hourly Tracking Report lists employees by contract and includes details such as trade/classification, address, and hours worked per week. This report is helpful for analyzing workforce activity, spotting trends, and gaining a clear view of employee hours across contracts.
2. Delinquent CPRs by Contractor
The Delinquent CPRs by Contractor report provides a list of all delinquent Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs), organized by contractor. It also explains why each CPR is considered delinquent, making it easier to follow up with contractors and address compliance issues promptly.
Additional Reports
In addition to these top five, eComply provides a variety of standard reports. For a complete list, visit the Help Center to explore all reporting options available to your agency.
Summary
During implementation, the onboarding team configures essential eComply reports to support contractors in compliance management. The Hourly Tracking Report provides visibility into employee hours across contracts, while the Delinquent CPRs by Contractor report highlights overdue payroll submissions for timely resolution.
