Before You Begin
Before enabling Field Reporter:
- You must have the Agency Administrator role.
- The Field Reporter feature must be available for your organization.
- Contractor and project records must already exist in the system.

- Enabled only for selected contracts or pilot programs

Steps
Enable the Field Reporter Feature
- Navigate to Admin.
- Select Agency Manager.

- Enter the label your agency wants to display.

Configure Contractor and Project Access
You can control which contractors and projects must use Field Reporter.
- Navigate to Setup.
- Select Manage Field Reporter Access.
- Choose one of the following options:

- Selected Contracts and Vendors
- If using selected access:
- Select the project.
- Select the vendor.
- Add the record to the access list.
- Select Save.
Configure DSL Tolerance Settings
Tolerance settings determine whether small hour differences trigger compliance violations.
- Navigate to Admin.
- Select Agency Manager.
- Select the agency record.
- Select the Configuration tab.
- Locate the Field Reporter Tolerance Level field.
- Enter the allowed difference in minutes.
Example:
- 15 minutes
- Select Save.
If the difference between DSL hours and Certified Payroll hours falls within the tolerance level, the system will not trigger a compliance violation.
