Overview
Use this article when you need to open a concession or rental car agreement record to review audit activity, access an incomplete report, or view reporting history.
From the concession record, you can review the audit periods connected to your company, open reports that need action, and confirm details before entering revenue or expenditure information. This is also where you can review related supplier, subtenant, or location information before continuing with audit reporting.
Before You Begin
You must have:
- Your B2Gnow username and password
- Access to the vendor account connected to the concession record
- An active or incomplete audit assigned to your company
- The audit notice, if you are opening the report from email
If you cannot find the audit report, confirm that you are logged in with the correct vendor account.
Steps
The best access method depends on what you are trying to do:
| Access method | Use when |
| Email Notice | You received an audit notice and want to go directly to the report. |
| Dashboard | You want to find current action items or incomplete audits. |
| My Concessions | You want to review the concession record, audit history, or supplier information before opening an audit. |
Open an Audit from an Email Notice
Use this option when you received an email notifying you that a concession audit report is due.
- Open the concession audit notice email.
- Review the Audit Time Period.
- Review the Organization, Concession Title, and Concession Number.
- Select the link in the notice to view the audit.
- Log in to B2Gnow.
- Open the audit report.
- Review the reporting period and required information.
- Select View/Submit Response, if prompted.
Open an Audit from the Dashboard
Use this option when you want to find current concession action items after logging in.
- Log in to B2Gnow.
- Go to your home page.
- Locate the Dashboard section with your concession activity.
- Look for red text, an incomplete count, or another action item.
- Select the action item or incomplete count.
- Open the incomplete audit record.
- Review the concession and audit details.
- Select View/Submit Response.
Open an Audit from My Concessions
Use this option when you want to review the concession record or audit history before opening a specific reporting period.
- Log in to B2Gnow.
- Select View.
- Select My Concessions.
- Open the appropriate concession record.
- Review the concession details.
- Locate the audit history or audit reporting area.
- Select the audit period you need to complete.
- Review the audit information.
- Select View/Submit Response, if available.
