Overview
Use this article to understand how to review and submit a concession audit report after the required revenue or expenditure information has been entered. Reporting Options
| Option | Use when |
| Report each item individually | You need to enter or review revenue or expenditure information one record at a time. |
| Use bulk reporting | You need to complete multiple incomplete location or expenditure records at once. |
| Report zero | There was no revenue or expenditure for the reporting period. |
| Leave blank | You do not have the information yet and need to return later. |
| Message the compliance officer | You are unsure what to report or something on the audit does not look correct. |
Important Reporting Rules
| Rule | Why it matters |
| Do not report zero because data is missing. | Zero means there was no activity, not that the information is unavailable. |
| Review the audit period before entering amounts. | Revenue and expenditures must match the correct reporting period. |
| Confirm supplier and subtenant information before submitting. | Missing or incorrect vendor information may affect the audit. |
| Include only the information requested on the audit. | The required fields may vary by concession type and airport configuration. |
| Contact the compliance officer if something looks wrong. | The compliance officer can help clarify reporting requirements before you submit. |
After You Submit
After the audit response is submitted, the airport or organization can review the reported information.
Depending on the audit and the organization’s process, you may need to return later if:
- Some fields were left blank
- Additional information is requested
- A supplier needs to be added or approved
- A correction is needed
- The compliance officer contacts you about the report
