Accessing eComply from your B2Gnow Account

Overview

If your B2Gnow contractor account is set up to connect to eComply, you can access eComply from within B2Gnow. After signing in to B2Gnow, you can immediately choose to sign into eComply, or if you're already working within B2Gnow, you can access eComply via the Linked Accounts option under Settings. The first time you access eComply, you will need to complete your contractor profile before continuing.

Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • You have an active B2Gnow account.
  • Your contractor account is connected to eComply.

Steps

Access eComply When You First Sign In to B2Gnow

  1. Sign in to B2Gnow with your username and password.
  2. In the Linked Accounts and Systems section, select eComply. This will sign you into eComply.

Note: If this is your first time accessing eComply, you will need to complete the requested contractor user profile information. For more information, see Completing the Contractor User Profile.

Access eComply from within B2Gnow via Linked Accounts

If you access your B2Gnow account instead of eComply when you sign in, you can still access eComply from within B2Gnow.

  1. In the left navigation pane, select Settings.
  2. Select Linked Accounts.

  3. Select the Connect to eComply button or select eComply in your linked accounts.

Definitions

Term Description
B2Gnow account The contractor or vendor account you use to access B2Gnow.
eComply The system you use to complete applicable labor compliance activities.
Linked Accounts The area in B2Gnow where you can view your connected accounts and systems.

 

Summary

Your B2Gnow sign-in can provide access to both B2Gnow and eComply when the accounts are linked. The options shown after sign-in help you choose where you want to work, while Linked Accounts provides another way to access eComply if you have already entered B2Gnow. First-time eComply users may also be asked to complete their contractor profile before beginning their work.
