Organization-wide dataDisplays information for applicable records across your organization.
Assigned-to-user dataDisplays information only for applicable records assigned to you.

The available options may vary by dashboard section and your permissions.

Fiscal Year Information for Contract Sections

Some contract-related dashboard sections use your organization’s fiscal year settings to calculate and display totals, goals, and achievement percentages.

For accurate dashboard information, your organization’s fiscal year should be configured correctly. An incorrect fiscal year configuration can affect the totals and percentages shown in contract-related sections and may also affect related reporting, budget tracking, and program management.

Tips

  • Keep the tiles you use most often near the top of your dashboard.
  • Remove tiles you do not use often so the dashboard is easier to scan.
  • Use Config to update a tile that is already enabled.
  • Use Refresh after saving changes if the dashboard does not update right away.
  • Your dashboard may not match another user’s dashboard because tiles depend on permissions and organization setup.
  • Not all tiles support color, data view, or user-specific configuration.

Summary

Personalizing your dashboard helps you control which tiles display and how they are arranged. You can choose the dashboard sections that matter most to your work, adjust their location or order, and configure available data views so the dashboard is easier to use.
