Overview
This article explains how to grant access to your Personal Net Worth, or PNW, statement when the certifying agency or B2Gnow Customer Support needs to view it before the application is submitted. Use these steps when you need help answering a question, troubleshooting an issue, or allowing review of PNW information before submission.
Before You Begin
Before you start, make sure:
- You have permission to complete or edit the Personal Net Worth statement.
Steps
Grant PNW access when you begin the statement

Start the PNW statement.
Read Complete and Submit a Personal Net Worth Statement for instructions on starting the Personal Net Worth statement.
- To save time if you have a question in the future, select Permit certifying organization staff and/or customer support representatives to view PNW Statement prior to submission.
- Select Save.
Grant PNW access after the statement is started
Read Submit a New Certification Application for details about starting or opening an online certification application.
- Select Fill In for the application.
- Locate the Personal Net Worth Statements section.
- Select Fill In for the Personal Net Worth Statements section.
- Locate the PNW under the Personal Net Worth Statements section.
- Select Edit under Actions.
- Select the edit owner details link next to the Owner’s Full Name.
- Select Permit certifying organization staff and/or customer support representatives to view PNW Statement prior to submission.
- Select Save.
Contact Customer Support
- If you have a questions for Customer Support while working on the PNW, go to the Assets & Liabilities screen.
- Select Customer Support.
- You can also contanct support by selecting any Support link in the B2Gnow system.
