The B2Gnow Concessions Module centralizes concession agreements, vendor data, certification validation, reporting, and communication in a single cloud-based platform. This helps airports reduce manual tracking, improve oversight, and support ACDBE compliance reporting.
As a vendor, you may use the Concessions module to:
- View concession or rental car agreement records connected to your company
- Respond to monthly or quarterly audit reporting requests
- Report revenue or expenditures
- Review suppliers, subtenants, or locations listed on the concession record
- Communicate with the concession compliance officer
- Access current and historical audit information
Before You Begin
You must have:
- A B2Gnow account
- Access to the airport or organization’s system
- A concession, rental car, subtenant, or supplier record connected to your company
- Any revenue or expenditure information requested for the reporting period

General Process
Concession records usually begin with the airport managing the concession agreement and vendor information in B2Gnow. When reporting is required, the system may send a notice to the vendor. The vendor then reviews the concession record, completes the requested audit report, and submits revenue or expenditure information for review.
